The medication is working! My skin looks a million times better already! My lips are dry as hell but I keep two tubes of Carmex with me at all times and that fixes THAT problem. My skin is soft and feels wonderful. This medication is a life saver!
However....
Just as last time, I think I might have to get off it, AGAIN.

My insurance wouldn't cover the brand name so I got the generic kind, Amnesteem. So far, so good! My skin is actually improving! My larger pimples are already gone and all that is left is just a few itty bitty bumps here and there. My makeup covers it beautifully and it looks great! I just got back from the derm. yesterday. He prescribed me Accutance and clindamycin again so I looks like that is what I will be taking. However, my insurance wouldn't cover the brand name Accutane itself ($267 a month!!) so I went with the generic brand, Amnesteem. I will be taking 40mg a day (two 20 mg pills twice daily, just to be easier on the stomach).
